Atrovent 500 mcg / 2 ml solution
Atrovent contains pratopium Bromide.
An anticholinergic agent that inhibits vagal-mediated reflexes by acetylcholine antagonism and decreases the intracellular cGMP of the bronchial smooth muscles leading to bronchodilation.
Atrovent Indications:
โข Short-term relief of asthma.
โข Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
โข Rhinitis.
How to use atrovent:
As per as direction of the doctor.
Active Ingredients:
Ipratropium Bromide.
Side effects:
โข Headache.
โข Nausea.
โข Dry Mouth.
Cautions:
โข Caution in patients with prostatic hyperplasia, and bladder outflow obstruction.
โข It should be used with caution with patients having cystic fibrosis as they may be prone to GIT motility disturbances.
โข Eye pain or discomfort, blurred vision, visual halos, or colored images in association with red eyes.
Atrovent Interactions:
โข Pasireotide: the risk of bradycardia increases when pasireotide is given with ipratropium.

Keep at room temperature.
